Welcome to the Kaiser Permanente Rehabilitation Services Department. This site was developed to make it easier and more convenient for you to access educational materials recommended to you in the course of your rehabilitation, or in preparing for surgery.
The mission of the Rehabilitation Services Department is to provide affordable, accessible, high-quality rehabilitation therapy services and to improve the health of our members and the communities we serve. Our Rehabilitation team includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists who are committed to improving the quality of life for people whose ability to function productively has been impaired. A return to productive function implies an improvement in overall health and a state of wellness that reduces the need for other health care services.
