Roseville Cancer Support Groups
These cancer support groups offer the opportunity for you to share your feelings and coping strategies with others. Groups include: “I Can Cope” group, Newly Diagnosed Group, and Advanced-Stage Metastatic Recurrent Cancer Group.

Sacramento Cancer Support Group
Join cancer survivors and their loved ones in a caring, supportive group to share experiences and find current information in an emotionally healing environment. Participants are in all stages of the disease process: diagnosis, surgical treatment, radiation treatment, chemotherapy, and hormonal therapy.

Head and Neck Cancer Support Group
Support group for Head and Neck Cancer patients who have completed most or all of their treatment. Co-hosted by Carol Martin, LSW and Michele Lites, RDIII, CSO

Communicating Your Life's Choices
Description: Make sure your health care wishes are respected, even when you’re unable to speak for yourself. This class will help assist you with advance care planning, guiding you step by step in completing the advance health care directive.

Home Care Services
The goal of home health is for patient and family to reach independence in their health care and to maintain or improve their level of wellness. A home care program will be individualized to meet your special medical needs. An initial care evaluation by your physician and the Home Health Staff will determine which services may best meet your medical needs.
